Yes you are allowed to come decorate the room beforehand by appointment.
Lombards Party Supplies up the road can you help you with hirings and delivery/setup of light up Bday numbers, cake stands, donuts boards, balloon garlands with custom name plates & more. We can allow them access to setup in-venue by appointment.
Payment terms are:
$500 deposit to lock in the date, half the remaining balance 2 weeks prior and final remaining balance payable day prior to function.
